Shipping of Physical Products
Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal services. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds for Physical Products
I do not accept returns for one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces if they arrive safely.
Refunds will only be issued if a ceramic item is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged piece, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and the item.
I take great care in securely packing all products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
Refunds for Online Courses and Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of online courses and downloadable materials, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted. Please read the course description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem or accidental duplicate purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
