Ceramic orders and in-stock clothing items are processed within 7 days of purchase and shipped via UPS from Portugal. For clothing items purchased through preorder, please refer to the shipping timeline provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

 

You will receive a tracking number and email notifications with the details of your order and delivery updates. My goal is to ensure a smooth delivery experience. If you notice any errors in your shipping details or if any information is missing, please contact me as soon as possible.

• USA / Canada / Switzerland / Norway: €40

• Japan / Australia / Other non-EU: €60

 

These timelines are general estimates and may vary based on the destination city, customs clearance, and seasonal shipping volumes:

 

• EU: 3-5 business days

• USA / Canada / UK / Japan / Taiwan: 4-6 business days

• Switzerland / Norway: 4-7 business days

REFUNDS

I do not accept returns for one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces if they arrive safely. Our garments are crafted in limited editions, primarily available through preorders, with a small stock also available. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

 

Refunds will only be issued if a ceramic item is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged piece, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and the item.

 

I take great care in securely packing all products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
